Paula Cranmer-Underhill on the importance of local food

Based in Chilliwack, BC, Paula has resided in Stó:lō territory for over 40 years. Paula and her family have a seasonal residence at Spapium, Lytton, BC, where they spend seven months every year working the Spapium “Little Prairie” Farm. Paula shares her experiences and her commitment to local food production in this presentation to the KEEPING IT RURAL 2017 conference hosted by SIBAC/BC Rural Centre.
